Are dogs allowed at The Waterside?
Well behaved dogs are permitted in our restaurant and decking area. They must remain on their leads and out of the path ways.  

Can I bring my own picnic?
Regrettably we only allow food which has been purchased on the premises to be consumed at The Waterside.
Are children welcome?
Yes, of course! The children will love our play area complete with pirate boat or why not have a go on the putting course. There is a fully enclosed eating area or watch the children from the nearby terrace.

Is there an entrance charge?
There is no charge to visit The Waterside and parking is completely free too!

Is there a Baby Change Facility?
Yes, we have a pull down baby-change table with disposable, hygienic paper coverings.
Can you recommend somewhere to stay in the area?
We have available accommodation at The Boathouse, situated half a mile away

Are you open through the year?
The Waterside Rollesby is a year-round leisure and dining attraction, open 7 days a week. Please see our opening times for full details.

Accessibility

The Waterside prides itself on the welcome we offer all visitors. We have full access to the restaurant for persons using wheelchairs, the physically and mentially impaired. It is easy access via shale pathways to the boating jetty, the children’s play area, the bird hide, putting area and our wonderful outside terrace overlooking the Broad.
Car parking
Our car park currently has three dedicated blue badge holder spaces. Other visitors that have restricted mobility are welcome to be dropped off and collected at the main reception entrance by arrangement.

Part of the car park surface is gravel and may be slightly bumpy for wheelchair users, however flat pathways are all close by.
Toilets
We have a fully accessible toilet including baby changing facilities in the main restaurant complex.

Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs are very welcome at The Waterside.
